3. Estimates and Authorization
• Estimates are based on initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered
• Customer approval is required before proceeding with repairs beyond the original estimate

4. Payments and Fees
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of service
• Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law
5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Disclose known issues or prior repairs
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle
• Pick up the vehicle promptly after service completion
Clovis Diesel is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
6. Parts and Warranties
• Parts may be new, rebuilt, or aftermarket depending on availability and agreement
• Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain parts
• Labor warranties, if offered, will be explained at time of service
Warranty coverage does not include misuse, neglect, or unrelated failures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Clovis Diesel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden damage
• Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
8. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment
• Vehicles left beyond a reasonable pickup period may incur storage fees
• Vehicles not claimed may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable laws
9. Test Drives and Diagnostics
• Vehicles may be test driven for diagnostic and verification purposes
• By leaving your vehicle, you authorize reasonable operation required for service
10. Third-Party Services
Some services or parts may involve third-party suppliers. Clovis Diesel is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers.
